Customer services

PROFIM, Asesores Patrimoniales, Empresa de Asesoramiento Financiero, S.L., hereinafter “PROFIM”, has a Customer Service whose functions are processing and resolving claims and complaints from customers, which the Customer can submit to our branches or to the following address:

Once the claim has been submitted to PROFIM's Customer Service Department, if the customer disagrees with the resolution adopted or a period of two months has passed and no reply has been received, the Customer can take the matter up with the Commissioners for the Defence of Financial Services Customers of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), specifically, its Investor Assistance Office, to which it can submit its claim or complaint using the form provided for this purpose to the following address:

Remember that before contacting this Department, the regulation establishes that the Customer must provide evidence of previously having addressed the entity's Customer Service

PROFIM has a Regulation for the Defence of Customers that can be checked before forwarding a claim or complaint.

With reference to the regulations on Customer protection and transparency, PROFIM informs you that its relationship with customers is governed by the provisions established in Act 24/1988, of 28 July, on the Securities Market; Royal Decree 217/2008, of 15 February, on the legal framework for investment service companies, Order ECHO/734/2004 of 11 March, on customer services departments; Order ECC/2502/2012, of 16 November on the procedure for submitting claims; Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as supplementary laws, Circular 7/2011, of 12 December, of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (The Spanish National Stock Exchange Commission), regarding the prospectus of tariffs and content of model contracts; and by the rest of the applicable legal provisions, either general or sectoral.
